Sergei Perov

Sergei Perov is the Director of the State Museum-Exhibition Center ROSIZO.  In the past, he held the position of the head of the Department of Culture of Russian Federation. Born in the Alma-Ata region of Kazakhstan, he graduated from the Alma-Ata Military Academy.  After graduation, he held senior positions in several commercial and public organizations.  From October 2010, he worked for the Russian State Department.  From December 2012, he was Director of the Department of Culture of the government of Russian Federation.
