Vasili Tsereteli

Vasili Tsereteli is Executive Director of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and Vice President of the Russian Academy of Arts; member of the Council for Culture of the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. He serves as a member of several art juries and biennials:  The Kandinsky Prize, Sergei Kuryokhin prize, the organizing committee of the Moscow International Biennale for Young Art. V. Tsereteli is the art director of the International "Territory" Festival. He is the Commissioner of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation at the international exhibitions in Venice and art festivals. From 2006 to 2010 he was Commissioner of the Russian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. In 2013, he joined the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the board of trustees of the National Center for Contemporary Art.
